If you are not 100% happy when you receive your opal you can return as it is for a refund. Returns for altered rubbed/cut opal with not be accepted please do not alter the contents if you do it is yours and we cannot accept a return.

Customers in the UK

We operate a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after you receive your item to return it item for a full refund. You are responsible for the cost of return postage

Customers in the Rest of the World

We operate a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after you receive your item to contact us to start a return. Then you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us. (this does not include the shipping time)
